According to EN 14769. Pressure vessel with sample grid holding 10 specimen moulds as per EN 12607-2. The unit has been developed to simulate the accelerated ageing of bitumen and bituminous binders after 5 to 10 years. The sample is exposed to high pressure and temperature for 20 hours to simulate the effect of long time oxidative ageing by verifying the penetration and softening point characteristics. Pressure control by means of an electronic control and thermo regulator.
